Registration Process

Program Registration: Click the title to enroll in the class.
RSVP will be Confirmed by Email: e transfer and instructions will be sent once enrolment is confirmed.
Confirmation: Registration is only considered complete once payment is processed.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Policy: You may withdraw from a class up to 7 days before the program start date.
Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please submit your request via email, there are no refunds for missed classes.
Administrative Fee: A $20 admin fee applies to all refunds processed for classes that are cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the start date.
Date changes: Switcharoos are frowned upon.

Class Policies

Materials: Requirements vary by workshop. Material and supplies are not included, unless otherwise specified.
Waitlists: If a class is full, I am happy to create an additional class.
Studio Space: One table and table easel will be provided per artist.

Attendance & Logistics

Attendance: There are generally no make-up classes or credits offered for missed sessions.
Age Requirement: Adults and Teens are welcome.
Cancellations: In the event of an instructor-initiated cancellation, a full refund or credit is issued.
Enrolment is by Invitation: We reserve the right to cancel an enrolment, or combine classes based on registration numbers or instructor availability.
Photos of demonstrations and samples are welcomed, video recording is not permitted. *If you are taking a photo of me, please let me know so I can sit up straight.
Parking: Street parking is available - except for that one spot next to the tree directly in front of my house, you will get a ticket. If you have mobility challenges, you are welcome to park on my driveway.

To ensure a smooth and professional environment for everyone, please observe the following studio rules:

Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Please do not arrive earlier than this window.
Classes End: Clean up begins at 2:45, classes end at 3 PM. If you are here after 3 PM it will be assumed that you are part of the: ENDLESS SOCK MATCHING - LAUNDRY FOLDING TEAM. Good luck.
Workspace Maintenance: Students are responsible for cleaning their individual workspaces during of each session.
Sink Safety: Strictly no oil or acrylic paint may be rinsed down the sink. All brushes and palettes must be wiped clean before washing.
Waste Disposal: Oily rags and solvent-soaked trash must be disposed of in plastic bags; please do not place these items in regular trash bins.
Indoor shoes or slippers are welcomed and encouraged!
Steps leading up to my front door: 4. Inside: there is one step to the studio space. Pack light.
Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen. If you are packing a lunch, please keep in mind I do not have a micrò-waveè.
Each Artist will have a table, table easel, and light for still lifes available for use.
Jeff - the Security Kitty - will be patrolling the studio. If you are allergic to cats, he will spend extra time inspecting your work. Please plan accordingly.
