My love of motorsport art came from a need to nurture my children’s dreams to drive and my own dreams to paint.

I’d pack a lunch and their Go-Karting gear, and while they would build their engines and run laps around the track, I painted plein air.

At the end of the day, we’d all come home happy and oily.
